Paul Allen, Microsoft Co-Founder Passes At Age 65

Jan 21, 1953 – Oct 15, 2018

It is with great sorrow that we are here to inform that Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft and legendary businessman, has died. Allen’s death was due to a recurrence of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a form of cancer that he first battle with nearly a decade ago.

After his time at Microsoft, Allen left to pursue multiple business and charity ventures. During his lifetime, Allen donated well over $2-billion to various entities in the pursuit of advancing communities, science, education, and more. During his life he helped to found the Allen Institute for Brain Science and Stratolaunch, an aerospace firm.

Allen was an undeniable force in the industry, as well as the world, and he will be deeply missed.
